Required Information and Documents
Before proceeding with your subscription application, please ensure you have the following information and documents ready for the next steps:
1. Personal & Contact InformationYour TR ID number, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, mobile phone number and full address.
2. Identity Card Copy (Front & Back)Clear photo or PDF copy of the front and back of your official identity card.
3. Property Proof (Title Deed or Lease Agreement)Title deed copy if you are the property owner, or lease agreement copy if you are a tenant.
4. Compulsory Earthquake Insurance (DASK)Valid DASK earthquake insurance policy.
5. Water Meter Brand & Serial NumberThe brand and serial number engraved on your installed water meter.
